February saw me take another trip to Bristol to the headquarters of the Las Iguanas restaurant chain to shoot some new menu cocktails for Bacardi brands. These shoots are always colourful reflecting the Latin American heritage of the brand.
This time the brief was to simply incorporate some fabrics and use hard light creating strong shadows simulating sunlight for the summer seasonal menu.
Four shots were taken of a range of cocktails including the Bananarama, Jack & Joe – Jack Daniels Honey with a cold brew espresso blend & coconut water, Patron tequila, and a great colour changing gin cocktail using Star of Bombay. I also shot a short video of this for social media showing the change of the blue drink to purple when the tonic is added.
